My NCARB Accounts

  1. Update Existing Accounts



    Why should I update my existing accounts? NCARB is in the process of upgrading all of our customers’ electronic services—beginning with a single login. Some customers may currently have as many as four logins to access NCARB’s services. This upgrade will streamline the login process as well as provide increased security for customers’ Records. In the future more tools will be added to make interacting with NCARB even easier. This update is necessary to facilitate these changes. You will not be able to access your information without updating your information.

    Will I still be able to log in with my old username and password? No, once you have updated your account you will only be able to log in with your new username and password.

    Do you have access to My NCARB Record and/or the e-EVR? If so, you need to combine your accounts below. Please check the sections that you currently have access to.

    Access to your Record with NCARB.

    Access to the e-EVR to review and approve intern experience reports.

  2. New Account Information


    What if I already have an account with NCARB? On the homepage, click "update your accounts" in the login box. Then, select the sections you currently have access to and fill out the information required to link your accounts.

    What if I have an NCARB Record, but do not have a username and password? Please contact NCARB Customer Service to link your account.

    Complete the following fields to create your new account.

    • Username must be between 5-15 alphanumeric characters.

    • Passwords must be between 6-30 characters and include at least one number and one letter. Passwords are case sensitive.
